1. Location - Tuggeranong Shopping Centre is just across the road as well as restaurants. Behind the Punthill building, you have Mcdonalds and KFC. Everything is within a short walking distance, which is so convenient. 2. Staff - Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the ladies at reception. 3. Our room was spotless! Room space is big and spacious, especially for my family of 4. You have your own washing machine/dryer, which is an added bonus. The bed is firm and comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed staying here, and we can't wait to be back.

Easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Very tidy and modern. There was the road noise from below, being located on the main road. Oliver was excellent and it certainly made me consider choosing this property for all our Canberra stays. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and we had 3 rooms altogether. I would stay there again. Table in one of the bedrooms could do with a proper clean but other than that, very clean and comfortable.

The property is very new so all the amenities and furniture were in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, with an extra blanket provided. Good bedside lamps. Bathroom well laid out with a lovely waterfall shower. Good pump packs for soap and shampoo. Could have used another hook or two to hang up washers and towels, and we were only provided with one hand towel and one washer (travelling as a couple, would have preferred two). In the kitchen, the amenities were all very good - plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Excellent use of space and a good sized fridge. Had a washing machine/dryer although we didn’t use. Dining table a bit small. Otherwise very comfortable and close to what we needed.

Punthill Tuggeranong was conveniently located opposite the shopping centre and near a large lake with parklands around it. The apartments were quiet, clean, pleasant and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen to one side. Secure parking was available at extra cost below the hotel (daily on-street parking was charged at a similar rate).

Our experience was wonderful. This Motel has everything you about possibly I’ve needed even a pair of scissors in the drawer. The cleanliness was spot on. I can’t wait to stay again. The bed was comfortable. The choice of pillows was amazing. Touch the bathroom spacious and spotless no mould anywhere. Can’t wait to come again. Have recommended it to other family and friends already and they’re making bookings. straight across the road from the shops was fabulous parking secure and easy.

I had a wonderful stay at The Punthill Apartments in Tuggeranong, Canberra. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was fantastic. The reception staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, always with a smile. The apartment itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, small fridge, and all the necessary plates, cutlery, and pots. It was so convenient with food options just a 2-minute walk away. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Property was new, the lifts were quick and the (most) of the layout of the room was good. Very handy having a kitchenette and washing machine and the bed was comfortable. Oliver, who I dealt with a couple of times, was helpful and professional. Gym was basic but reasonably appointed for a small one.

Great location for Tuggeranong - Close to the lake, shops, dining and 24hr fast food. Spacious apartments, in new facility, with new furnishings and appliances. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was no breakfast but with shops across the road I bought my own. The woman on reception was lovely and welcomed me. We had a lovely conversation and she was extremely helpful in telling me what I needed to know. Well presented and comfortable rooms, easy access to the lake walking area and shops. Friendly staff

Nice clean unit, just great for two. We liked the bedroom separate from the lounge. Nice kitchen, we didn't much cooking at all. but good for breakfast, toast and to boil some eggs. Comfortable bed. Great location, many shops, supermarkets Woolworths, Aldi all close by. Many places for coffees and sandwich.
